Warranty
Strataflo products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Strataflo Products, Inc. will, at its option and expense, repair or replace any part of a check valve or foot valve which fails to meet this warranty. Notice of the claimed defect must be received by Strataflo Products, Inc. prior to returning the defective part and within the warranty period.
Strataflo Products, Inc. will determine, at that time, if the defective part is to be returned for examination and repair or field destroyed and credit issued.
Strataflo Products, Inc. shall have no obligation, with respect to any defect or condition caused in whole or part by the customer's incorrect use or in field modification of the valve.
There are no other warranties expressed or implied, and Strataflo Products, Inc. shall not be liable under any circumstances for consequential damages.
Return Policy
All returned valves will have a 15% restock fee.
The 85% value of the valve credited to the customer's account will be determined by the date of purchase. To avoid confusion, this will be determined by the date code* indented on each valve.
The customer will assume all freight charges for shipping back to Strataflo for restock.
