The 300 Series check valve contains a rubber poppet, designed for noiseless operation. The rubber poppet is fully-formed around a solid insert. Varying types of rubber can be used, depending on the application. This is the most durable poppet solution available in the market. We do NOT use O-rings! Maximum temperature of 225° F. |
No. 300
The No. 300 contains a silicone treated Buna-S rubber poppet on a brass stem, designed to open easily and be more durable than O-rings. Being flexible, they cannot leak. Used as an all purpose check valve for multiple applications, including cold water, ethylene and glycol.
No. 375
The Buna-N rubber poppet is molded to a stainless steel stem, with all other internal parts also made of stainless steel. Used for gasoline and oil applications, including gasoline, hydraulic fluids, diesel fuel, alcohol, kerosene, and mineral oil.
No. 385
An EPD poppet is attached to a stainless steel stem, with all other internal parts also made of stainless steel. Used for chemical and detergent applications, also including animal and vegetable oils, brake fluid, ketones, ozone & oxidizing chemicals, ammonia, and salt water.
No. 351 Single-Tapped
Same construction and contents as the No. 300, however a drilled and tapped side outlet, on either inlet or outlet side, has been added. Heavy bosses have been added to provide proper thread length for leak-proof side connection. The connection can be furnished for either 1/8" or 1/4" taper pipe thread. When ordering, specify whether tapping is to be on the inlet or outlet end of the valve and what size connection is required. Generally used when attaching a pressure switch, pressure gauge, snifter valve, drain or blow lines, or adding chemicals.
No. 352 Double-Tapped
Identical to the No. 351 described above, except that drilled and tapped side outlet connections are furnished on both the inlet and outlet sides. When ordering, specify what size connections are required for both sides. Generally used when attaching a pressure switch, pressure gauge, snifter valve, drain or blow lines, or adding chemicals.
